Customer welcome executive – ANAVARA


Position title: Customer welcome executive – marketing branch

Reporting to: Branch manager



Be the point of contact for receiving the customer who visit our office or call on phone. The customer service executive will be responsible to ensure that the client is delighted based ib the service provided by the marketing center.

Key areas of contribution:

Receive/speak with the client courteously and provide as much information as possible.

Be familiar with the software developed for the purpose and provide information to client. Specific job duties include the following:

  • Contact the countries ANAVARA operates in

  • Know the list of hospitals and hotels ANAVARA has tied-up with

  • The role of ANAVARA in liaising on behalf of client

  • Knowing the appropriate cost for the particular procedure requested by the client

  • Know how to reserve airline tickets

  • Know the services and options ANAVARA provides

  • Adhere to the policies and procedures outlined by ANAVARA.


Be familiar with office procedure and process as well as complete allocated training programs

Process and procedure:

Ensure to implement and follow the process and procedure established by the organization.

Make recommendations to the branch manager to change the process / procedure based on operational contingencies and justification.

Understand client requirement and allocate the CME based on their status availability.

In case of emergency, follow the established procedure for addressing and solving it.


Report on the satisfaction level of the patient and statistics as required by the branch manager and established procedure.

In case of non-clarity in a subject, obtain clarification from the supervisor.

Qualifications for the position:

Preferably a science/ business administration graduate with a minimum of 2 years experience in a multicultural background.

Experience working in a medical administration would be an asset.

Having managed clients/customers and responsible for their satisfaction

Proficient with mobile phone, wireless internet services.

Personal qualities:

Be a team player with good interpersonal skills

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to interact with personnel at all levels

Be able to multi-task and analyze logistics of transportation.

Familiar with the city and surrounding area geography.

Customer focused and ensures that customer is serviced under all situation.s
