Zonal Coordinator -PATH


PATH seek to recruit a Initiative Zonal Coordinator who will play a key role in the
implementation of the work in the Northern Zone, provide leadership and overall coordination
for the North Zone office based in Arusha, including coordinating team based in the zone,
ensuring team cohesion and communications, manage the project timeline and integrated work
plan for the zone, including tracking of various team activities, key resource allocations,
critical-path management, and parallel track planning to ensure milestones and deliverables
are constantly defined and monitored across the initiative within the zone. S/he will be the
primary point of contact for the BID Initiative team in the Zone throughout the implementation of
the initiative, and will ensure the smooth operations of the Arusha office.The Zonal Coordinator
will be based in Arusha in the BID Initiative office, as well as spending a significant amount of
time at the Regional Medical Officer (RMO) office and will report to BID Initiative Director.

Development Gender Elderly and Children to enhance immunization and overall health service
delivery through improved data collection, quality, and use. The BID Initiative will develop and
deploy a holistic and scalable approach that focuses on information system products, data
management policies, and the practices of people that use them in order to enable
evidence-based decision making.
