Job Overview

EdPowerment is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead the promotion and sales of “Wings for Confident Women” reusable sanitary pads, combining health education with economic empowerment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement strategies to sell reusable sanitary pads to NGOs, schools, health centers, and community organizations.
• Coordinate community events to raise awareness about menstrual health and product benefits.
• Support and mentor apprentices in marketing and small business practices.
• Maintain accurate records of production, materials, and distribution.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and quarterly strategy plans.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or Community Development.
• Proven experience in sales or community outreach (NGO experience is an advantage).
• Passion for women’s health and community social impact.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
