Job Overview

Alistair Group is seeking an Administration Coordinator to provide critical support across financial, administrative, and operational functions. This role acts as a coordination hub between Operations, Commercial, and Finance departments to ensure unified communication and workflow alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Finance to ensure jobs are accurately captured and invoiced in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular data audits of client dashboards to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Validate operational results against internal and client-facing standards.
  • Shadow and provide coverage for the Operations Account Manager during absences.
  • Serve as a secondary point of contact for routine client matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of cargo clearance under different regimes in Tanzania.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
