Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer complaints and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Manage communications via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Call customers to push payments and remind them of due dates.
  • Confirm order deliveries and send cargo receipts.
  • Support sales activities and customer retention.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer care or sales support.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and able to record invoices accurately.
