Position: Activation Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and map Agents for mobile money and high-traffic retail stores.
• Conduct regular channel visits based on route plans (beat plans).
• Train agents on AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC processes.
• Monitor stock levels and enforce the 1.5x stock rule for agents.
• Maintain merchandising standards at agent outlets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing.
• Minimum 1 year experience in FMCG or Telco sales and distribution.
• Valid Driver’s License.
