Key Responsibilities

• Train new customers on ERP system navigation and daily usage (online/in-person).
• Onboard clients and provide first-level support via phone, email, or tickets.
• Maintain documentation of FAQs and training materials.
• Support sales activities by handling inbound inquiries and software demos.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Systems.
• 1+ year of experience with software systems (SaaS, IT Support, or Training).
• Patient, professional, and able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
