Job Overview

The Sales and Commercial Executive will lead all sales and marketing functions, focusing on revenue growth, market expansion, and high-level client relationship management within the Telecom industry. This role reports directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and control account development plans to maximize new and recurring sales.
• Negotiate with clients to close deals, including RFI/RFP documentation and tender bidding.
• Serve as the central point of contact for corporate clients and conduct frequent satisfaction visits.
• Coordinate the annual operational plan and sales budget in alignment with company goals.
• Act as the company’s key spokesperson and PR representative in commercial engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing or higher.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a senior sales and marketing role.
• Female candidates are required for this position.
• Preference given to candidates from India, Nepal, South Africa, and Kenya.
