Job Overview

The Workshop Supervisor monitors daily mechanical servicing for MSF vehicles and motorized engines (generators/pumps) according to MSF standards and protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical repairs and maintenance for the fleet and generators.
• Plan periodic corrective and preventive servicing schedules.
• Manage spare parts inventory, tools, and fuel supplies.
• Lead and train the team of mechanics and drivers.
• Prepare monthly activity reports and mechanical tracking documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Technology preferred.
• Valid Driving License and formal training in Mechanics.
• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in English and Swahili.
