Job Overview

The Call Center Agent will serve as the key point of contact between the company and its customers. The role focuses on coordinating live rider operations and managing real-time fleet capacity to ensure daily KPI targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage live operations to ensure a high-quality user experience.
  • Coordinate communication between fleet, clients, and operational departments.
  • Assist clients with product selection and transportation route pricing.
  • Maintain accurate logs of all transportation, goods, and customer satisfaction levels.
  • Provide actionable daily feedback to operations managers.

Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Business, Social Sciences, or 6+ months equivalent experience.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales/Marketing within a B2B environment.
  • Previous call center experience is required.
  • Proficiency in English and MS Office; Swahili is an added advantage.
