Job Overview

Oversee the delivery of multiple construction projects in the DRC, ensuring compliance, cost control, and timely execution. This is a client-facing role requiring relocation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders (architects, engineers, supply chain) to deliver compliant projects.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure design standards are applied.
• Provide technical expertise for cost control, value engineering, and constructability.
• Produce formal project status reports and forecast key milestones.
• Identify business development and cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Language Skills: Must speak both English and French.
• Skilled in MS Office and construction management platforms (D365 experience a plus).
