Position: Hardware Engineer

Company: WASSHA Inc. Tanzania Branch

Workstation: Any region within Tanzania (as assigned)

Job Purpose

To repair, design, and test hardware components for WASSHA products. The role involves troubleshooting hardware/software faults and managing a team of Engineering Technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve hardware and software faults on-site.
• Lead and monitor the execution accuracy of tasks by Zone Technicians.
• Conduct electrical safety checks and component repairs.
• Support customers in networking, IT, and database management.
• Provide procedural documentation and after-sales support.

Requirements

• Degree in Hardware, Electronic Engineering, or related programs.
• Minimum 1 year of proven work experience as an Engineer.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
