About the Role
HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of service station launches. The role holder will assist in ensuring launch readiness, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve smooth and timely project delivery.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and coordinating new service station launches in line with timelines and SOPs
  • Support the Expansion team in maintaining a First Pass Yield (FPY) of ≥95% for all site launches
  • Conduct basic site inspections to confirm readiness (equipment, permits, inventory, documentation)
  • Liaise with internal teams (Tech, Star Development, Hypercare, Operations) to support seamless launches
  • Provide support in engaging external stakeholders (landlords, community leaders, security providers)
  • Track project tasks and highlight risks or delays to the Lead Site Launch Coordinator
  • Maintain rework rates of ≤5% by identifying issues and suggesting corrective actions
  • Participate in periodic audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Provide regular progress updates, present data in team meetings, and ensure proper handover post-launch

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of project coordination or administration
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work under tight timelines
  • Willingness to travel frequently, including to remote locations
