Job Summary


The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials, packaging, and finished cans. The role requires strong leadership, inventory management, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Proficiency in SAP is essential for managing inventory, tracking stock movements, and generating reports.

Key Responsibilities


  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management using SAP for stock entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound logistics to maintain timely delivery and dispatch schedules.
  • Implement and enforce warehouse safety procedures, housekeeping, and compliance with occupational health & safety standards.
  • Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure uninterrupted supply of raw materials and timely delivery of finished cans.
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to enhance productivity and discipline.
  • Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallets, racking systems).
  • Drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes to optimize efficiency, space utilization, and cost control.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports through SAP and share with management.

Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 – 7 years’ experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP (MM/WM modules preferred) with hands-on experience in inventory and warehouse management.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management principles and stock control techniques.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing and 5S methodology is an added advantage.
  • Proven leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
