About the Role

SimplePay Capital Limited in Tanzania is seeking a reliable and proactive Office Assistant (HR Admin) to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a dynamic office environment. This role provides key administrative and logistics support to the HR and Admin departments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and collect mail, parcels, and documents between offices, departments, and clients.
  • Support daily administrative tasks (filing, photocopying, scanning).
  • Maintain filing rooms, office equipment, and ensure stationery/consumables are stocked.
  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms and logistics for events.
  • Run external errands (bank visits, bill payments, supplies).
  • Support HR/Admin in recruitment and office functions.
  • Provide delivery services between HQ and branch offices.
  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry and other tasks assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of Certificate/Diploma in Human Resources Management.
  • Prior experience in HR or office support is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email).
  • Proactive, flexible, and willing to learn.
