Domaka Limited is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Person to join our growing team in Mwanza. The ideal candidate will have strong marketing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s profile, products, and capabilities.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and new business opportunities.
  • Research and identify potential clients or partnerships for business growth.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Provide administrative support, including budget tracking and coordination of marketing materials.
  • Visit identified clients and follow up on potential leads.

Education and Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field from a recognized institution.
  • 1–2 years of relevant marketing or sales experience.
  • Ability to ride a motorcycle (must have a valid license).
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English.
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows and business events.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
