Job Overview

Position: Real Estate Sales Agents – Nairobi

Rafiland LLP is seeking results-driven, self-motivated, and persuasive Real Estate Sales Agents to join its dynamic team. You will be responsible for promoting and selling properties to individual and institutional clients while maintaining strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new clients through leads, referrals, networking, cold calling, and social media.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct professional property presentations, understand client needs, and communicate property benefits effectively.
  • Client Tours: Organize and lead property site visits and show house tours.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and close deals to meet or exceed targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on Kenyan real estate trends, competitor activity, and relevant property regulations.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate client and sales data using CRM tools and report progress to management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Customer Service, and Project teams for smooth sales operations.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions to improve sales strategies and product knowledge.

Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum KCSE (C–). Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Real Estate is an advantage.
  • Experience:
    • At least 2 years of proven real estate sales experience in Kenya (developer, agency, or brokerage).
    • Experience selling off-plan properties is preferred.
    • Fresh graduates with exceptional sales aptitude may be considered.
  • Skills & Attributes:
    • Fluent in English and Swahili (spoken and written).
    • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
    • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
    • Familiarity with social media marketing and online lead generation.
    • Good knowledge of local property markets and communities.
