Contract Recruiter – Remote

We are seeking a proactive Contract Recruiter to join our team remotely. You will guide candidates and hiring managers through the recruitment process, helping both sides achieve successful outcomes. This role is perfect for individuals who are strategic, tech-savvy, and passionate about recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for clients, from sourcing to offer.
  • Consult with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide talent solutions.
  • Source, evaluate, and engage candidates using innovative tools and methods.
  • Coach and guide candidates through the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Utilize AI and recruitment technology to optimize sourcing and candidate management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics to measure performance and improve processes.

Requirements & Skills

  • Experience in agency and/or corporate recruiting.
  • Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and sourcing tools.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational roles and processes.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Tech-oriented, with a keen interest in AI and digital tools for recruitment.
  • Executive presence and confidence when interacting with senior management.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and results-driven.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
