About the Role

Bravo Group Limited is seeking an experienced Head of Transport & Logistics to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of the Group’s transport, fleet, warehousing, and ICD/CFS operations.

This role is critical in driving efficiency, compliance, cost-effectiveness, and digital transformation while positioning Bravo Group as a leading logistics provider in Tanzania and the SADC region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the Group’s transport & logistics strategy and KPIs.
  • Oversee fleet operations, ICD/CFS, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Ensure compliance with transport, safety, environmental, and labour laws.
  • Drive digital transformation (ERP, TMS, GPS tracking, cargo visibility systems).
  • Lead cost control, budgeting, and financial performance reporting.
  • Manage risk, HSSE compliance, and emergency response.
  • Build and mentor high-performing teams across terminals and logistics functions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transport, Supply Chain, or Mechanical/Automotive Engineering.
  • Master’s degree is an added advantage.
  • Valid National & International Transport Manager CPC.
  • 10+ years of senior experience in transport and logistics, including ICD/CFS and fleet management.
  • Strong financial, operational, and stakeholder management expertise.
  • Proven leadership in digital logistics solutions and compliance with regulatory standards.
