About the Role

HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, manage staff, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional service delivery in alignment with company goals and standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics or transport management and proven experience in leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate branch operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Manage logistics activities including transport scheduling, dispatch, and warehouse coordination.
  • Monitor branch performance metrics and prepare operational and financial reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee client relationship management to ensure top-quality service delivery and retention.
  • Identify business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and expand the company’s regional market presence.
  • Train, motivate, and manage staff to meet performance goals and maintain productivity.
  • Implement cost control measures and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Finance, HR, and Operations to support company objectives.
  • Address and resolve operational challenges to ensure seamless business continuity.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics & Transport Management, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in logistics or transport management, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of fleet management, distribution, and logistics operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems.
