About the Role

DKT Tanzania is looking for a Sales Admin & Data Analyst who is passionate about transforming data into actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making. The role will focus on collecting, analyzing, and visualizing business and sales data to support growth, improve efficiency, and strengthen decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze business and sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track performance indicators at national, regional, and product levels.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support sales, marketing, and management teams.
  • Automate reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer critical business questions and support strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.
  • Advanced Excel skills required; experience with ERP systems (SAP Business One is an advantage).
  • Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other data visualization tools is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive, independent, and results-oriented.
  • Must be based in Dar es Salaam.
