Job Summary

The Trade Development Representative (TDR) will focus on channel visitations to drive retailer awareness and turnaround on SIMs and float. The role also ensures strong visibility and merchandising standards at the point of purchase for SSOs and T-Kash agents.

Key Responsibilities

  • SSO & Agent Recruitment & Mapping: Identify and recruit agents, targeting mobile money outlets and high-traffic retail stores.
  • Call Rate: Visit SSOs and agents regularly using agreed route plans.
  • Training and Delivery of Business Tools: Provide business tools and train SSOs and T-Kash agents on transaction processes.
  • AML Training and Testing: Conduct AML and KYC training for agents and SSOs.
  • Float and Stock Cover: Monitor float and stock levels, enforcing the 1.5x stock rule for agents and ensuring adequate SIM stock for activations.
  • Merchandising: Maintain merchandising standards and ensure brand visibility at SSO and agent outlets.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales and distribution role within FMCG or telecommunications.
