Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Supervisor to lead our property sales operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the company’s sales and business growth strategy, supervising the sales team, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets across multiple property locations in Kenya.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the company’s sales and business growth strategy effectively.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Appraise and drive team performance to achieve sales objectives.
  • Oversee daily sales activities to ensure consistent target achievement.
  • Close residential property sales and manage existing client relationships.
  • Conduct daily and weekly sales meetings to maintain team focus and motivation.
  • Develop sales tools and materials to support business pitches and client engagement.
  • Design and implement outreach strategies to increase awareness and product uptake.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of company products, services, and processes.
  • Clearly communicate each product’s value proposition to customers both verbally and in writing.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a sales supervisory role, preferably in real estate.
  • Experience in property sales will be a distinct advantage.
  • Proficiency in computer and marketing-related applications.
