Job Overview

KCB Bank Tanzania is looking for a Customer Experience Officer to join its Katoro branch. The role is responsible for handling customer queries, supporting the use of banking products, and ensuring excellent service delivery to enhance customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all walk-in customer queries, requests, and complaints.
  • Process ATM and cheque book orders.
  • Manage ATM card and cheque book issuance and balancing.
  • Activate mobile banking and internet banking (inputter).
  • Support customers in using the bank’s products and services.
  • Cross-sell bank products based on customer needs.
  • Collect and manage customer feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Work closely with the Branch Service Focus Team (SFT) to resolve service challenges.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution (mandatory).
  • Master’s Degree: Business-related field (added advantage).
  • Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (1 year of experience is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail.
