Job Summary

JOHN FRANK is seeking a dedicated Customer Development & Maintenance Executive to drive sales, manage customer relationships, and support regional business growth. The role involves setting and achieving sales targets, managing contracts and projects, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Development & Sales: Achieve regional or individual sales targets aligned with company plans.
  • Contract & Project Management: Negotiate cooperation details, such as payment methods, supervise project progress, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct regular market research to provide data-driven support for company operations and promotions.
  • Product Knowledge: Continuously learn and update knowledge about company products to better serve customers.

Candidate Requirements

  • Age: 28–40 years old.
  • Marital status: Married with children preferred.
  • Religious beliefs respected.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the clothing industry.
  • Continuous work experience of more than 5 years in one job preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, family-oriented, and team-player.
  • Proficient with smartphones and basic digital tools.
