Mission Description:

Based at the BAT warehouse and reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor will ensure efficient warehouse operations by overseeing stock handling, documentation, and compliance with company standards and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee accurate tallying during finished goods (FG) receipt from the production line, ensuring alignment with relevant documents.
• Ensure correct tallying during loading and offloading of goods.
• Supervise handlers and work gangs to ensure proper handling of stock, avoiding damage and accidents.
• Coordinate with the warehouse controller to prepare stacking space, personnel, and equipment in advance.
• Ensure all stock is stacked in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain up-to-date stock cards for full visibility of warehouse activities.
• Update the Warehouse Management System (WMS) promptly.

Documentation Duties:

• Ensure proper archiving of warehouse documentation.
• Maintain an accurate daily stock register.
• Receive and file warehouse receipt and issue reports.

Other Responsibilities:

• Execute delegated tasks from the Operations Manager and Warehouse Controller.
• Comply with all SOP and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations.
• Record and report any damages, losses, or surpluses of stock to the relevant supervisors.

Profile and Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in supply chain or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP.
• Tertiary education in Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
