Key Responsibilities

  • Ad Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement multi-channel advertising strategies (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, local news platforms, SEO/SEM) to generate leads and strengthen brand visibility.
  • Data Analysis: Track and analyze key campaign metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, cost), deliver daily performance reports, and propose optimization recommendations.
  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creatives, targeting, and keywords, improving ROI and conversion rates.
  • Campaign Planning: Design and execute online marketing initiatives, including promotional and brand awareness campaigns, to enhance engagement and conversions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with content, video, sales, and customer success teams to ensure unified brand messaging and streamlined lead nurturing.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed on the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activities in the African SaaS market.

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher with 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS or technology sectors.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Business Suite; proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics is an advantage.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and make independent, data-driven decisions.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required; Swahili or other local language proficiency is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: Previous experience working with SaaS competitors such as Zoho, Odoo, or QuickBooks is highly valued.
