About the Opportunity
Kelilah Women Group is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Civil Engineer to join its team on a project-based contract. The ideal candidate will support rural development and infrastructure projects in various villages across Tanzania. This role offers a flexible, assignment-based structure with compensation agreed upon for each awarded project.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in planning, supervision, and execution of construction projects.
• Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with engineering standards and specifications.
• Prepare reports, drawings, and other documentation as required.
• Work closely with the Managing Director and project teams to deliver quality results.
• Stay on-site in villages during project implementation periods.

Qualifications and Key Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Registration with the Engineers’ Registration Board (ERB) is an added advantage.
• Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience.
• Strong technical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work and reside in villages for extended periods.
• High integrity, professionalism, and self-motivation.
