About the Opportunity
Taifa Gas Tanzania is offering an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to join its Graduate Trainee Program at its Kibaha facility. The program aims to develop future professionals with strong technical and leadership capabilities in the gas manufacturing industry. Successful candidates will receive hands-on training and exposure to real-world engineering processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in on-the-job training across various departments within the manufacturing plant.
• Support production operations including welding, machining, and fabrication processes.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Contribute to quality control, process improvement, and equipment maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety, efficiency, and productivity.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to learning, adaptability, and professional growth.

Qualifications and Key Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes such as welding, machining, and fabrication.
• Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, discipline, and attention to detail.
• Commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards.
