About the Opportunity
Recacha Company Limited is seeking a motivated and dynamic Corporate Sales Officer to join its growing team. The role involves expanding the company’s merchant network across Tanzania by recruiting and managing relationships with formal merchants under the Lipa Kwa Sim program.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and register formal merchants under the Lipa Kwa Sim program.
• Conduct regular visits to merchants to maintain strong business relationships.
• Support merchants in understanding and using the company’s services effectively.
• Report progress and field challenges to the supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Key Skills

• Ordinary Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel across different regions of Tanzania.
