About the Role:
Responsible for managing the end-to-end client life cycle from acquisition to completion or termination, while monitoring portfolio performance in compliance with company policies.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Customer Acquisition: Identify, market, and acquire new clients; maintain up to 200 active leases.
• Client Vetting: Conduct vetting of clients and guarantors per company credit policy; document in CRM.
• Training & Administration: Conduct training on asset acquisition, payment terms, insurance, and reporting.
• Disbursement: Explain agreements, payment channels, and guarantor roles.
• Loan Management: Follow up on payments, initiate recovery actions, handle complaints.
• Incident Management: Coordinate incidents, manage impounded or stolen assets.
• After Sales: Communicate new opportunities and retain clients.
• Documentation: Record all interactions and agreements accurately.

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or equivalent in business-related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in microfinance (preferred).
• High integrity, riding competence (Class A2/B), excellent interpersonal skills.
