About the Role:
Focuses on channel visitations to drive retailer awareness and turnover on SIMs and Float while ensuring visibility and merchandising at points of purchase for SSOs and T-Kash agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• SSO & Agent recruitment and mapping.
• Visit SSOs & Agents using agreed route plans (beat plans).
• Train SSOs and T-Kash Agents on processes and business tools.
• Train agents on AML and SSOs on KYC (SIMREG).
• Monitor stock and enforce 1.5x stock rule; ensure adequate SIM stock.
• Maintain merchandising standards at SSOs and Agent outlets.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales and distribution in FMCG or Telcos.
