About the Opportunity
We are building a platform that supports the entire logistics stack for transporters and shippers and are entering a phase of rapid scale. We are looking for a Sales Specialist who thrives in fast-paced environments to work hands-on with clients and help shape a scalable sales engine. This role is ideal for someone who has already excelled in startup or scale-up sales environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow sales efforts across multiple customer segments (SME, Enterprise).
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from outreach and lead qualification to pitching and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers.
  • Work closely with Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and regularly update CRM tools.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through strong relationships and clear communication.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Contribute the voice of the customer to inform product and service delivery.

Qualifications and Key Skills

  • 4+ years in sales or business development, with experience selling to mid-market or enterprise clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in logistics, retail, supply chain, software, or services is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and wearing multiple hats.
