About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Communication and Client Relations Officer to join our dynamic team. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for client satisfaction, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional efforts to enhance client experience and build long-term partnerships within our fast-paced training and consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via email, phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
  • Review and process training registrations, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Send confirmation emails, training materials, and logistical details to participants.
  • Coordinate communication between clients and internal departments to resolve inquiries.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
  • Follow up with clients after training sessions to collect feedback and testimonials.
  • Support business development initiatives by identifying potential clients and nurturing leads.
  • Maintain our client database (CRM) with accurate, updated records.

Administrative & Logistical Coordination

  • Coordinate clients’ logistics including hotel reservations, visa processing, and airport transfers.
  • Support clients during their stay by organizing local tours and cultural visits.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to client interactions and training logistics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of programs and services.

Marketing & Communication Support

  • Assist in implementing marketing and communication strategies to promote training programs.
  • Contribute to content creation for newsletters, social media, and promotional materials.
  • Manage and monitor client engagement across digital platforms.

Qualifications and Key Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in communication, client relations, or administrative roles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Strong customer-centric orientation and excellent organizational skills.
