About the Opportunity
WeWorld is an Italian non-governmental organization seeking a highly motivated and experienced Driver for its Coordination Office in Dar es Salaam. The Driver will support logistics, administrative, and operational activities to ensure smooth implementation of projects and office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily transportation of staff, visitors, and materials while ensuring passenger and asset safety.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent working condition through routine inspections.
• Ensure timely reporting of any vehicle defects or need for repairs to the supervisor.
• Keep accurate vehicle records including mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance logs.
• Adhere strictly to national traffic regulations and WeWorld’s vehicle safety procedures.
• Support field activities including school outreach campaigns when required.
• Assist logistics and administrative teams with office and field operations.

Qualifications and Key Skills

• At least 3 years of professional driving experience with NGOs, development organizations, or corporate entities.
• Valid driving license (Classes A, B and D).
• Good communication and basic reporting skills in English.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office is an advantage).
• Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and respect for organizational values.
