About the Opportunity
Interchick is hiring a Further Processing Plant Manager to lead production operations, product development, and R&D for poultry value-added products, ensuring efficiency, quality, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily production schedules to meet customer orders
• Lead development of new poultry value-added products
• Supervise production supervisors, machine operators, and R&D technicians
• Control usage of raw materials and minimize wastage
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with Maintenance for equipment reliability
• Prepare production and development reports

Qualifications and Key Skills

• Degree/Diploma in Food Science, Meat Science, or related field
• 5+ years experience in R&D, formulation, and industrial trials
• Strong understanding of marination, injection technology, and processing
• Familiarity with HACCP, FSSC, GMP, and food safety standards
• Project management and leadership skills
