About the Opportunity
LOLC Tanzania, a leading financial services provider, seeks a Branch Operations Officer to oversee daily branch operations, ensure compliance, and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with policies
• Deliver excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries
• Support end-to-end loan application processing
• Manage branch transactions including deposits and withdrawals
• Prepare and reconcile financial statements and records
• Collaborate with branch staff to improve workflows

Qualifications and Key Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Banking and Finance
• 1-2 years of experience as an accountant
• Proven customer service experience
• Experience in microfinance or banking institution preferred
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software
