About the Opportunity
SAVA Tech Financial Services Limited seeks a Customer Services Officer to provide excellent client support and ensure seamless customer experience across all financial products and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as first point of contact for customers via various channels
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service needs
  • Process account applications and service requests
  • Build strong relationships with customers and promote loyalty
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure data security

Qualifications and Key Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Experience in banking or financial services preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
