Job Summary

Responsible for managing inventory and commodity movements across Marie Stopes centers and outreach programs. Ensures accurate stock reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Control Systems

  • Develop inventory strategy
  • Maintain procedures and stock check plans
  • Manage inventory systems

Stock Control

  • Update commodity records
  • Maintain price lists
  • Reconcile monthly stock reports
  • Minimize overstocks and expiries
  • Conduct site visits
  • Train staff on documentation

Collaboration

  • Work with Procurement, Finance, Outreach & Clinic teams
  • Ensure compliance with donors and regulators

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain
  • CPA/ACCA/PSPTB required
  • 3+ years in inventory/finance
  • 2+ years auditing experience
  • Knowledge of health commodities (added advantage)
  • Excel and analytical skills
  • Fluent in English
