Job Summary

The Systems Auditor ensures effectiveness, security, and compliance of hospital information systems while safeguarding data assets and improving IT governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits of systems and applications.
• Identify risks affecting hospital operations.
• Develop risk-based audit plans and ensure compliance.
• Evaluate effectiveness of new systems and review implementations.
• Investigate fraud risks and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare and present audit reports to senior management.
• Review IT controls including access management and disaster recovery.
• Monitor systems for breaches and control weaknesses.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CIA or CISA certification required.
• 4+ years auditing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Understanding of audit methodologies (e.g., COSO).
• High proficiency in MS Office and audit tools.
