Job Responsibilities

Sales Planning

  • Implement sales strategies aligned with the organizational vision.
  • Translate strategies into operational goals and KPIs.
  • Conduct trend analysis and negotiate customer business plans.
  • Ensure excellent execution of 5P tactics and demand marketing.
  • Manage product, pricing, placement, and promotions.

Sales Management

  • Build relationships with key account managers and customers.
  • Develop effective promotional and in-store programs.
  • Monitor sales performance and drive improvements.
  • Identify supply chain efficiencies and manage negotiations.

Team Leadership

  • Lead performance management, training, and coaching.
  • Ensure team alignment with business goals.
  • Communicate performance insights to senior management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business preferred); MBA is an advantage.
  • 3–5 years FMCG sales/market growth experience.
  • Knowledge of direct and indirect trade channels.
  • Understanding of trade margins.
  • Experience in matrix environments.
