MACCO seeks a Finance Manager to lead financial management, ensure compliance, conduct reporting, manage budgets, and supervise the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial operations and ensure financial integrity.
• Prepare budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with Tanzanian tax laws and financial standards.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree + 6 years OR Master’s + 4 years in Finance/Accounting.
• Professional certification: CPA(T), ACCA, or equivalent (REQUIRED).
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/IPSAS & Tanzanian financial law.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel.
