Location: Eldoret | Job Type: Full Time, Onsite | Experience: 3–5 years | Field: Sales / Marketing / Business Development

Job Purpose: To sell and manage the distribution of communication products and services (Airtime, SIM Cards, Mobile Financial Services & Devices) to distributors and resellers within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales revenue and customer acquisition targets.
  • Drive channel partner agenda (ASOs, SSOs, Agencies).
  • Ensure site profitability through targeted activities.
  • Manage field teams (TDRs, DSAs, Commandoes).
  • Monitor competitor activities and recommend counteraction.
  • Ensure high service standards in partner stores.
  • Prepare and submit required reports.

Deliverables:

  • Partner engagement and management.
  • Achievement of revenue, acquisitions, data, and device sales.
  • Management of field agents and partner teams.
  • Product availability and visibility across the region.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • 3–5 years Telco/FMCG sales & distribution experience.
