Summary: The Regional HR Manager provides tactical HR leadership, ensuring effective HR operations across multiple countries. The role oversees performance management cycles, employee relations, compliance, labour relations, talent development, recruitment, and HR service delivery across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee performance management, including goal setting and staff-supervisor conflict resolution.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Manage compensation and employee benefits implementation.
  • Ensure occupational health & safety compliance across the region.
  • Support emergency readiness and crisis management protocols.
  • Lead HR projects, policy updates, and regional HR manual alignment.
  • Advise managers on talent development and performance conversations.
  • Serve as first contact for employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary cases.
  • Collaborate with Legal teams in labour negotiations and collective bargaining.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics, employee engagement, and workforce development.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years progressive HR experience, including 3 years in regional/supervisory roles.
  • Strong labour law knowledge across multiple countries.
  • Experience in union negotiations and employee relations.
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and strategic execution skills.
