Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor capacity, identify shortfalls, and track SLAs.
• Collect and analyze demand and service performance data.
• Manage incident logging, classification, and resolution support.
• Support workforce planning and recruitment coordination.
• Maintain knowledge management repositories.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
