Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement OSHE policies and procedures
• Conduct workplace risk assessments and safety audits
• Investigate incidents and follow up on corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEMC, Fire & Safety rules
• Conduct OSHE training for employees
• Coordinate emergency drills and safety preparedness
• Support ISO implementation (ISO 45001, 14001, 22000)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, etc.
• NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA certifications are an added advantage
• 3–5 years experience in OSHE roles
