Summary

We are seeking a dynamic IT Outsourcing Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients for IT outsourcing services.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their IT needs.
  • Present and promote IT outsourcing solutions, including managed services, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and software.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on performance and pipeline.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT sales, outsourcing, or managed services.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, including cloud computing, software development, and IT support.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Experience in B2B sales, especially in IT sector.
  • Existing network of IT decision-makers and business contacts.
