Job Purpose

Seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive sales volume, increase market share, and manage a team of Market Development Representatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive team performance and ensure full market coverage.
• Lead BI-weekly and daily sales review meetings.
• Oversee merchandising, cooler utilization, and pricing compliance.
• Conduct route rides and provide team coaching.
• Manage distributor performance and sales execution.
• Analyze sales reports and implement corrective actions.
• Expand customer base and ensure brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree/Advanced Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 6 years relevant work experience.
