• Ensure policy compliance & HRIS management.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding & performance management.
• Promote staff well-being and DEI initiatives.
• Manage payroll & employee relations.

Required Skills

• CHRP-K Certification.
• Strong knowledge of Kenya Labour Laws.
• Experience in NGO settings preferred.
