We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HBB Regional Sales Lead to drive sales and distribution of Home Broadband (HBB) products across assigned regions. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with strong entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record in sales management within the telecommunications sector.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

πŸ“Š Channel Management

  • Manage direct sales channels for the sale of 5G & Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) devices
  • Ensure recharge availability for 5G & FWA devices within assigned demarcation(s)
  • Identify and formulate sales strategies to drive gross addition device sales for the region

πŸš€ Sales and Distribution

  • Drive HBB distribution and ensure sales targets are met
  • Ensure installation SLAs are met within assigned geographical demarcation
  • Collaborate with sales supervisors and cross-functional leaders to develop sales targets and strategies
  • Ensure regional outlets are productive and optimized

🀝 Customer Complaint Resolution

  • Resolve customer complaints in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
  • Address staffing or manpower problems and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations

  • Conduct customer prospects directly or indirectly through team members
  • Consult with potential customers to understand their needs
  • Identify and suggest equipment, products, or services that will meet customer needs
  • Share insights with relevant business leaders

βš–οΈ Trade Execution and Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to compliance requirements of sales processes and policies
  • Supervise recovery of devices from noncompliant customers
  • Monitor health of device acquisitions and compliance on activations
  • Implement and execute sales plans as per “plan first time right” principle
  • Implement agreed sales plans through timely monitoring and corrective actions

  • Provide or facilitate ongoing training, motivation, and development of sales supervisors and Direct Sales Executives
  • Continuously motivate frontline employees through leadership by example
  • Implement action plans addressing hygiene issues from employee feedback meetings or surveys
  • Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time

Educational Qualifications & Technical Skills

βœ“Bachelor of Business Administration or any equivalent qualification

Relevant Experience

βœ“Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales

βœ“2 years of in-depth Sales and Marketing experience in telecom/Devices selling/Corporate Sales/Satellite TV industries or related fields

βœ“At least 2 years at middle management level handling independent businesses
